  • 24 hour notice is required to cancel or to re-book your appointment to avoid a single session 30% cancellation fee.

  • For any approved, unforeseen circumstances, please email, text or call us, so that we can work with you.

  • Cancellations which are sent to us on weekends or public holidays do not count as 24 hours notice. 

  • Please advise us via your secured log-in, text, call or email.

  • Cancellations via social media can not be accepted and do not count as 24 hour notice.
